Tiger Resource Finance plc ('Tiger' or the 'Company')

Total Voting Rights

The Company's issued share capital on 31 July 2007 was 202,071,939 ordinary
shares with a nominal value of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'),. The Company held
27,250,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury, which do not carry voting rights, at
that date.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 174,821,939.

The above figure of 174,821,939 may be used by shareholders in the Company as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
