                           Transaction in Own Shares


Tiger announces that on 24 October, 2005, it purchased 1,500,000 ordinary shares
at 4.05 pence per ordinary share. These shares are to be held as treasury stock.

Following this purchase, Tiger now holds 28,300,000 ordinary shares in treasury.
