1pm was informed today that on 14 August 2008 Rodney Channon purchased 500,000
ordinary shares of £0.0006818 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price
of 0.35 pence per Ordinary Share.  This purchase increased Rodney Channon's
holding from 40,000,000 Ordinary Shares which represented approximately 5.22 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company to 40,500,000 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 5.28 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
