1pm plc ("1pm" or "the Company") announces that on 23 February 2012 Ron Russell, Non-Executive Director, purchased 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.06818 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.1 pence each.  Following this transaction Ron Russell holds 983,323,335 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 29.19 per cent. of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
