Time Finance plc, the AIM listed independent specialist finance provider, announces that on 10 October 2023, Michelle Rimmer, spouse of Edward Rimmer, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 30,432 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume weighted average price of 27.93 pence per share.

In addition, on 10 October 2023, James Roberts, Chief Financial Officer, and Tanya Raynes, Non-Executive Chair, purchased 21,410 Ordinary Shares at a price of 27.97 pence per share and 10,671 Ordinary Shares at a price of 28.00 pence per share respectively.

Following these transactions, Edward Rimmer, has a total beneficial interest in 96,498 Ordinary Shares, including those held by his spouse, representing 0.10% of the Company's issued share capital. James Roberts holds a total of 556,960 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.60% of the Company's issued share capital and Tanya Raynes holds a total of 31,827 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
