1pm plc (AIM: OPM), the AIM listed independent specialist provider of finance facilities to the SME sector, announces that Hazel Jacques, Chief Marketing Officer, has resigned as a director of 1pm plc, its wholly-owned subsidiaries, MH Holdings Limited and Academy Leasing Limited in order to pursue other business interests and will cease to be employed by the Group on 30^th April 2017.  The Company wishes her well with her future career.
