The Company was notified on 19 June 2009 that on 17 June 2009 SVS Securities plc
("SVS") disposed of 52,177,115 ordinary shares of £0.0006818 each in the Company
("Ordinary shares"). As a result of the disposal SVS's holding has decreased
from 158,807,536 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 10.45 per cent. of
the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company) to
106,630,421 Ordinary Shares, with each Ordinary Share having one voting right,
representing approximately 7.02 per cent. of the voting rights in the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
