The Company was notified on 24 June 2009 that on 22 June 2009 SVS Securities plc
("SVS") disposed of 42,400,000 ordinary shares of £0.0006818 each in the Company
("Ordinary  shares").  As a result of the disposal SVS's holding  has  decreased
from  106,630,421 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 7.02 per cent.  of
the  voting  rights  in the issued ordinary share capital  of  the  Company)  to
64,230,421  Ordinary Shares, with each Ordinary Share having one  voting  right,
representing  approximately 4.23 per cent. of the voting rights  in  the  issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
