Notice of Annual General Meeting

1pm plc (AIM: OPM), the AIM listed independent provider of asset finance facilities to the SME sector, announces that it has posted a notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at the Francis Hotel, Queen Square, Bath BA1 2HH on Friday 7 October 2011 at 10.30am. An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM is available on the Company's website at www.1pm.co.uk.

At the AGM, 1pm Managing Director, Maria Hampton will give a short presentation to shareholders.
