Annual Report and Accounts for the 18 months ended 30 June 2021 / Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021
Time Out Group plc (AIM: TMO) the global media and hospitality business, announces that further to the release of its audited results on 29 October 2021, the Company has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the 18 months ended 30 June 2021.
The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") for 2021 will be held on 13 December 2021 at 10:00 am at Time Out Group plc, 172 Drury Lane, London, WC2B 5QR. The AGM will be an open meeting, however, should there be any COVID-19 related developments impacting the meeting format then a further announcement will be made.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the 18 months ended 30 June 2021, the Notice of AGM and the associated Form of Proxy has been posted to shareholders on 16 November 2021. These documents are also available on the Company's website at https://www.timeout.com/about/investors/corporate-documents .
