Total Voting Rights

The following notification is made in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.

As at 30 June 2017, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 132,823,574 ordinary shares of £0.001 each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 132,823,574. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
