Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Time Out notifies the market of the following:
Further to the issue of 87,419 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Shares") under the Company's block admission of 500,000 Shares announced on 7 November 2018, and the issue of 45,914 Shares under the Company's block admission of 700,000 Shares announced on 15 October 2020, both in respect of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, as at 29 January 2021, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consisted of 283,335,137 Shares, all of which carry one voting right per Share. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury. Further to this issuance, the Company's block admission of 500,000 Shares announced on 7 November 2018 has been fully utilised.
The figure of 283,335,137 Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the DTRs.
