The Company's adjourned annual general meeting ("AGM") was reconvened earlier today. All remaining resolutions, 1, 8 and 9, which relate to the content of the audited annual report and accounts, as published on 1st August 2022, were duly passed .  The Company will publish the full voting results on its website in accordance with the QCA Corporate Governance Code.
