                               Additional Listing

Application has today been made for a total of 1,249,334 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on the AIM
market of the London Stock Exchange ('AIM') as follows:

   • 1,243,714 Ordinary Shares pursuant to an updated settlement of
     consideration for the recommended offer for XN Checkout Holdings PLC

   • 5,620 Ordinary Shares pursuant to an updated settlement of consideration
     for the recommended offer for Anker Plc

These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and
dealings are expected to commence on 7 September 2005 on AIM.
