                               Additional Listing


Application has been made for 3,447,681 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the
London Stock Exchange ('AIM').

The new Ordinary Shares are being issued as deferred consideration to the
sellers of TQIPS Limited which was acquired by the Company on 28 April 2006.
These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and
dealings are expected to commence on 2 October 2006 on AIM.
