                              Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 22 November 2005 that Christopher Moore (a director
and the Executive Chairman of the Company) purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of
1p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of £1.11 on 22 November 2005. Following
this purchase, Mr Moore is interested in 12,057,355 Ordinary Shares representing
3.69 per cent. of the current total issued ordinary share capital of the Company
of 326,506,691 Ordinary Shares.
