                                 Grant of Options


On 25 September 2006 the Board of the Company granted options over ordinary
shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') at an option price of 40.5p per Ordinary
Share being the closing price for Ordinary Shares as at 22 September 2006 to 117
of the Company's employees in line with prior arrangements. These included
grants to the following directors of the Company:
