Inc') that GS Inc, as at close of business on 6 April 2006, was interested in,
by attribution only, a total of 59,458,479 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing 16.46 per cent. of the Company's
current total issued ordinary share capital of 361,245,053 Ordinary Shares.
