Inc') that GS Inc, as at close of business on 3 January 2006, was interested in,
by attribution only, a total of 43,594,106 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing 10.62 per cent. of the Company's
current total issued ordinary share capital of 410,525,139 Ordinary Shares.
