Further to the announcement made on 16 February 2007, and following additional
enquiries made by the Company, the Company has been further informed by Brahman
Capital Corp. ('Brahman') that the sales made by Brahman that resulted in them
no longer having a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the
Company occurred in November 2006. Following these sales Brahman no longer has
any interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
