Inc') that GS Inc, as at close of business on 27 March 2006, was interested in,
by attribution only, a total of 52,417,469 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing 15.88 per cent. of the Company's
current total issued ordinary share capital of 329,992,647 Ordinary Shares.
