Issue of Share Options

The Company announces that it has today granted share options over 872,727 ordinary 0.5p shares to Ian Jefferson, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, and share options over 145,454 ordinary 0.5p shares to Adrian Ford, the Company's Business Development Manager.  The options were issued under the Company's EMI option scheme.  The exercise price of the options is 13.75p and the options are subject to performance conditions which allow for vesting in three equal proportions on or after the three consecutive annual anniversaries from the date of grant.
