Torex Retail plc:
Management Share Purchase
Torex Retail Plc ('Torex Retail') a leading supplier of IT solutions to retail,
hospitality and quick service restaurants worldwide today announces a
significant purchase of stock by Plc operational management.
This senior management team has today invested £500,000 (1,063,830 shares at 47p
per share) in Torex Retail shares.
Led by CEO Neil Mitchell investing £200,000 (425,531 shares), each of the 5
operational CEO's have increased their shareholding in the business with this
acquisition. Marcus Leek, CFO has invested £100,000 (212,766 shares).
After this purchase Neil Mitchell, Marcus Leek and the 5 divisional CEO's will
have a holding with a value in excess of £1,065,000 (2,267,660 shares).
In addition, Chris Moore, Non-Executive Chairman and Mike Carrell, CTO with
others in the management teams across the operating business units continue to
support and have a substantial stake within Torex Retail.
