The Company has been informed that yesterday Mr Christopher Martin, a director
of the Company, exercised an option over 7,350 ordinary shares of 10p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £1.03 per Ordinary Share.


Following this option exercise, Mr Martin has a beneficial interest in 52,350
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.50 per cent. of the Company's current issued
share capital.
