                     Director Shareholder Notification

The Company was today informed, that Mr J N Anderson has transferred 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each to Mr T N Anderson at nil value. Mr J N Anderson and Mr T N Anderson are both Directors of the Company.

Following this transfer, Mr J N Anderson has a beneficial interest in 1,737,802 ordinary shares, representing 16.5% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company and Mr T N Anderson has a beneficial interest in 693,750 ordinary shares, representing 6.6% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
