Titon Holdings plc (the "Company"), announces that it was informed that Mr K Sargeant, Non-executive Director of the Company, on 10^th April 2019 purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 140 pence each. Following this purchase, the total beneficial interest of Mr K Sargeant and persons closely associated with him is 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
