                                Director's Dealing

 

The Company has been informed that Mr R. Brighton, a director of the Company,
today sold 14,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
at £1.15 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this sale Mr Brighton has a beneficial interest in 20,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.19 per cent. of the Company's current issued share
capital.
