           Titon Holdings Plc ('the Company')
                      Board changes

Ron  Cheek is retiring as a full time Executive  Director
of  the Company with effect from 1 October 1999.  However
Mr  Cheek will continue to work part time as a Consultant
Director  and  the Board looks forward to  utilising  his
experience  in  building  up the new  Marketing  Division
team.

Peter  Fitt  has been appointed Vice Chairman whilst  his
responsibilities as a non-Executive Director will  remain
unchanged.

The  Board wishes both Mr Cheek and Mr Fitt every success
in their new roles.
