Notification of Board Change

Titon Holdings Plc ("Titon" or the "Company"), the Essex based ventilation and hardware company, announces that Christopher James Martin has left the board with immediate effect.  His former responsibilities as Supply Chain Director will pass to other executives of the Company.  The Board of Titon wishes to record its thanks to Mr. Martin for his 29 years service to the Company and wishes him well in the future.
