Titon Holdings PLC

Titon Holdings Plc
Interim Management Statement
Titon Holdings Plc ('Titon' or 'the Group') today provides its first interim
management statement in respect of the period 1 October 2007 to 31 December
2007, as required by the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
rules.
Overall revenues for the 3 months were 3.5% lower than for the same period
last year with growth in the Group's powered ventilation systems and aluminium
fittings markets helping to offset a reduction in timber/PVCu fittings and
export sales.
The measures introduced aimed at restoring profitability, reported on at the
year end, are beginning to impact favourably, although a greater effect from
this will be evidenced in the 2nd quarter of the financial year.
There have been no other significant changes in the position of the Group since
the publication of its report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2007.
