Director/PDMR Shareholding

TMT has been informed that MacMillan, a company controlled by the Company's senior managers German Kaplun and Alexander Morgulchik, has acquired 5,000 TMT shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's share capital.  As a result, MacMillan now owns 4,604,000 shares of TMT, representing 18.57% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
