Director/PDMR Shareholding

TMT has been informed that on 26 November 2013, Advance Consulting Services Ltd ("Advance"), a company owned by Artyom Inyutin, TMT's Head of Investments, purchased 3,571,429 TMT shares from Wissey Trade & Invest Ltd.  As a result, Advance now owns 4,871,429 TMT shares, representing 19.65% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.  Prior to the transaction, Advance owned 1,300,000 TMT shares, representing 5.28% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Wissey Trade & Invest Ltd. now owns 5,000,000 TMT shares, representing 20.17% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
