Significant Shareholdings

On 21 and 22 June 2016, TMT received the following notifications:

·    From Menostar Holdings Limited confirming that, following the sale of its equity stake in TMT, it no longer owns any shares in the Company; and

·    From Eclectic Capital Limited confirming that it acquired 4,650,000 TMT shares (being 16.76 per cent of TMT's issued share capital). 

TMT also notes that previous significant shareholder Ubenord Investments Limited no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.
