TMT Investments Plc (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies, announces that it was notified on 6 October 2022 that Eclectic Capital Limited, a company beneficially owned by Nika Kirpichenko, had reduced its holding from 1,670,806 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to 1,355,806 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.31 per cent of the Company's currently issued share capital, on 24 September 2022. The Company was also notified on 6 October 2022 that Menostar Holdings Limited, a company beneficially owned by Dimitry Kirpichenko, had reduced its holding from 1,790,000 Ordinary Shares to 1,770,822 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.63 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.
