Equity capital raise
TMT Investments PLC, which invests in high-growth, internet-based companies across a variety of sectors, is pleased to announce that it has today allotted 1,432,431 new ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("TMT Shares") to new and existing investors at a price of US$1.85 per share, being a discount of 5.6% the closing price of TMT Shares on 21 July 2014 and raising US$2.65 million.

The additional capital will be used to make follow-on investments in our most promising portfolio companies, as well as to pursue new investment opportunities."
The new TMT Shares will rank pari passu with existing TMT Shares and application has been made for these new TMT Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 28 July 2014.
Following the issue of the new TMT Shares, the Company now has a total of 27,568,493 TMT Shares in issue.
