Netcentric Systems Plc - Proposed Company Voluntary Arrangement
The Directors of Netcentric Systems Plc are pleased to announce that the
Proposed Company Voluntary Arrangement ('CVA') for its subsidiary, Netcentric
Systems (Europe) Ltd (the 'Subsidiary'), as notified to creditors in the
circular dated 7 November 2001, was approved at a creditors meeting on 26
November 2001. The Directors of the Subsidiary are grateful for the support
received from the Creditors in respect to the CVA.
Netcentric continues to consolidate it financial position and is considering a
number of proposals for the future of the company.
