The Company announces that it has received notification from Stephen Komlosy, a director of TomCo, that on 15 July 2007 he pledged 20,750,000 Ordinary Shares of his total holding of 25,250,000 Ordinary Shares, to Barclays Bank as collateral against personal loans.
