NETCENTRIC SYSTEMS PLC ('the Company')
DISPOSAL OF INVESTMENT PROPERTY
Netcentric Systems PLC announces it has exchanged contracts for the sale of
The Milestone, Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man for a gross cash consideration
of £1.815m. The Milestone is a retail complex, producing a rental of
approximately £160,000 per annum.
The net proceeds of the disposal, after estimated professional costs,
commissions, and the repaying of the mortgage are expected to be £400,000.
This sale is in accordance with Company's previously stated objectives as
announced on 27 June 2000 to undertake a programme of property disposals
within a year of admission to AIM.
