Netcentric Systems Plc ('the Company' of 'the Group')

Financial Restructuring

As part of the Company's restructuring programme notice has been given to all
members of staff within the Group.  This step has been taken to minimise on
going liabilities whilst the Board continue to pursue future options for the
Company.

The Board is currently approaching and in discussions with potential financial
and trade investors to secure funding to ensure the immediate future of the
Company's business.  Should these negotiations be unsuccessful, it is unlikely
that the business will have the ability to trade in its current form.
