Appointment of Finance Director
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Howard Freedman as
the Company's Finance Director with immediate effect. Mr Freedman replaces Mr
Stephen Pearl, the current finance director, who has today resigned from the
Company.
Howard Freedman, aged 41 has been a partner at Baker Tilly since 1997 and was
previously a partner for 11 years with the practice of Casson Beckman prior to
its merger with Baker Tilly. Howard has extensive experience of dealing with
quoted companies.
Mr Freedman does not have any unspent convictions in relation to indictable
offences, has not been declared bankrupt nor made any voluntary arrangements
with his creditors. Nor has he been a director of any company, or a partner
in any partnership which, during his time as a director, or, within 12 months
following his resignation as a director, has gone into receivership,
liquidation, administration, or any composition or voluntary arrangement with
its creditors. He has not been subject to any public criticisms by any
statutory or regulatory bodies or been disqualified by a court from acting as
a director of a company or in the management or affairs of any company.
