Non-Executive Director Paul Thompson Resigns

Manx & Overseas Plc (the 'Company') announces the resignation, with immediate
effect, of its Non-Executive Director, Mr Paul Thompson.   The Company will be
looking to appoint a new Non-Executive Director in the near future and a
further announcement will follow in due course.
