Notice of Results - Update

Further to the announcement of 30 March 2009, the Company announces that it is still not able to publish its annual audited accounts (the 'Accounts'), for the year ended 30 September 2008.  

In accordance with AIM Rule 18, TomCo's interim results, for the 6 months ended 31 March 2009 (the 'Interim Results'), are required to be released no later than 30 June 2009. 

The Company will only be in a position to release its Interim Results once the Accounts have been published. 

As TomCo's shares are already suspended from trading on AIM, the existing suspension will remain in place pending publication of the Accounts, the Interim Results and clarification of the Company's financial position.

TomCo will provide shareholders with a further update in due course.
