The Company received a letter dated 8 October 2001 from Eaglet Investment
Trust PLC stating that, following the sale of 17,950,000 ordinary shares in
the Company on 5 October 2001, Eaglet Investment Trust PLC no longer holds a
notifiable interest in the Company.
