                                 Result of EGM

Further to the announcement made on 5 May 2006, the Company is pleased to
announce that the special resolution put to the shareholders of the Company at
the extraordinary general meeting held yesterday, details of which were set out
in the circular to shareholders dated 5 May 2006, was duly passed. The special
resolution authorised three changes to the Company's articles of association.
