                        Topps Tiles Plc (the 'Company')

                               Additional Listing

Application has been made by the Company to the UK Listing Authority of the
Financial Services Authority, and to the London Stock Exchange plc for the
additional listing of 19,238,560 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ('Ordinary
Shares') fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.

This additional listing is pursuant to the exercise of options under the Topps
Tiles Plc approved and unapproved Executive Share Option Schemes and the Topps
Tiles plc sharesave schemes and the subsequent allotment and issue of those
Ordinary Shares.
