Notification of transactions of PDMR/ major interest in shares
The Company was today notified that:
(a) Victor Watson, non-executive director, has today disposed of 50,000 ordinary
shares of 3.33p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 217 pence per share,
representing approximately 0.029 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital. Following this transaction, Mr Watson has an interest in 70,000
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.041 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
(b) Sheila Watson, a connected person of Victor Watson, non-executive director,
has today acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 3.33p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a
price of 217 pence per share, representing approximately 0.029 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital. Following this transaction, Mrs Watson has an
interest in 62,000 Ordinary Shares (12,000 held through Ferlim Nominees and
50,000 held by Sheila Watson) representing approximately 0.036 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
