                             Directors Shareholding


The Company has been informed today, that yesterday, the wife of Victor Watson,
a non-executive Director, transferred a total of 140,000 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p
each into his name for nil consideration. These Shares have previously been
disclosed as part of Mr Watson's connected shareholding and there is therefore
no change in Mr Watson's underlying disclosable shareholding of 180,000 shares
(0.08 per cent.).
