  Notification of transaction of person discharging managerial responsibility


The Company was notified on 15 March 2006 that on the same day, Stuart Williams
(founding shareholder of the Company) transferred 50,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p
each ('Ordinary Shares'), off market, by way of gift to Lucia Williams, for no
consideration. Following this transaction, Mr Williams has an interest in
20,958,600 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.25 per cent. of the then issued share
capital of the Company.
