Director Shareholding
The Company was informed on 5 April 2001 that Stuart Williams, Chairman, had
on 4 April 2001 gifted 250,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each to a Charitable
Trust, this transfer represents 0.56% of the issued share capital. Stuart
Williams is now interested in 5,577,720 ordinary shares of 12.5p each
representing 12.45% of the issued share capital.
