at a price of 350p per share:

All of the shares sold were held beneficially by the relevant director/
shareholder and were registered in the name of such director, with the exception
of 200,000 Shares, which were registered in the name of S.K.M. Williams and Mrs
H.A. Williams charitable trust.



Barry Bester and Stuart Williams, founder shareholders have undertaken that they
will make no further market disposals of shares until the announcement of the
Company's interim results for the year ending 30 September 2004, likely to be
released in May/June 2004.
